Independent Sales Representatives – USA, Eastern Canada, and Europe.

Knolly Bikes is growing rapidly and we need help from qualified Independent Sales Reps to service our growing number of Accounts.

• Territory: Select territories within the USA, Eastern Canada, and Europe.

We are looking for:

Agents currently established in the mountain bike industry, who have the ability and vision to establish and expand sales in your respective territories.

Requirements:

• Experience in the Bike Industry would be considered an asset.
• Result oriented, customer focused and teamwork a must.
• Possess negotiation skills & the ability to influence sales.
• Self-motivation, initiative and autonomous.
• Strong interpersonal & individual/group communication skills.
• Organization and time management skills; Computer literacy (Excel, Outlook & Power Point).
• Having a strong account base within the mountain bike industry would be ideal.
• Experience with other Bike lines is a huge plus.
• Ability to provide creative solutions; Result oriented, customer focused and teamwork.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
